I attended Calvin College in Grand Rapids Michigan. Business Management and general courses completed. Employed by Blue Cross/Blue Shield(bcn) of Michigan for 9 years. My background is in marketing, Client Services and medical records. I received my certification in Massage Therapy from Somerset School of Massage. I managed the Wellness Factor Massage program at the Genesys Athletic Club for 5 years. Also, received extensive training in Advanced Massage, Sports Massage as well as prenatal massage in Lansing, MI. I have been the Spa Director at the Grande Med Spa since September 5 2007.
I attended Marketti Academy of Cosmetology in Clarkston. I earned my esthetician license through the state of Michigan. I received my Laser Tech Certificate with Syneron Elos Laser after attending classes in Chicago. I am specializing in Laser in leg vein and Foto Facials.
I attended Mott Community College and received my certificate of Esthetician. Also I received my Esthetician license through the State of Michigan. I received Laser Tech Certificate with Syneron Elos Laser. My specialty in Skin Care is Skin Rejuvenating.
I have worked in Client Services for over 10 years. I joined the Grande Med Spa in July of 2007. It has been a joy working in a beautiful atmosphere and with wonderful people. If you need an appointment or a special day planned, let me know. I will make it a “five star” experience.
I am currently a student furthering my studies into diagnostic medical sonography. I have also been employed in client services for over four years. I am employed part time at the Grande Med Spa and will assist you with all of your service needs.
I provide intuitive bodywork sessions that are created to respond to your specific needs. My approach is both therapeutic and compassionate, helping my clients reach an obtainable goal of health and well-being. I am a member of ABMP, a graduate of Irene’s Myomassology Institute in Southfield and has been with the Grande Med Spa since it’s beginning. My specialties include; Swedish Deep tissue, Thai Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Prenatal, Infant and Hot Stone Massage.
I have over 10 years experience in Physical Therapy, but my main passion is massage therapy. I am a graduate of the Flint School of Therapeutic Massage since 2006. I am certified on the advance study of Massage and I love what I do. As a Medical Massage Therapist my training includes: Chair, Prenatal, Sports, Couples, Myofascial Release, Tigger Point, Tender Point and Hot Stone Massage.
